Language..,yes only language can express ourselves to others through speaking; if we want to say something whether it is good or bad. It is the key to understand one's idea to share it with others. No sharing and understanding was observed when there is no communication. And when there's no communication, no idea was shared. It is just a cycle. Speaking with a certain language like English or Filipino will start the cycle.

English is the medium of communication in most countries to be able for them to be globally competitive as well as Filipino but it was commonly used only here in the Philippines. Speaking English or Filipino properly is a good activity for us to train our speaking comprehension especially when there is kindness. It can help us in our daily life. Example, when a foreigner is asking you for the direction to go in the Vigan Heritage Village, you will be able to answer him/her immediately. In speaking, you will learn something that you can use to communicate with others in the future. You will learn to communicate very well with others through speaking English or Filipino. It is just okey for us to use our dialect to understand each other but it is better to speak in English or Filipino for us to learn more.

†What have i learned..??†

As days passed by, I am learning something. I have learned a lot of things especially in our TLE subject. I have a lot of expectations in this subject because having this subject is different from others and I am going to explore again in the computer world. Now, the end of the first quarter is getting near and I can conclude that my expectations became true. Behind of this learning’s, I have discovered something. One discovery of mine is about the Internet, the history of it and how it was developed. Second, is how to create a blog. I have surfed in different websites like Blogger.com and I've already created my own account. I have discovered that I can express myself or tell my insights in a certain topic by posting a blog in my account. As of now, I'm already familiar with the terms I've haven't met before.

But after all this learning’s and discoveries that I have learned, there are problems that I have encountered and I need to face. A student like me has a hectic schedule. I can't manage my time. I spend my leisure time with other things instead of doing my assignments. And because of that habit, I have to rush all to do my assignments and I won't be able to pass on the right time of submission.

As a first-timer, I don't know how to solve when there are times that I encounter this kind of problem. But I know, God will guide me to solve it easily and I can learn from these problems.

Moving on, I will continue what I have started. I will finish all the requirements and I have to pass my assignments in the right time. From this learning, I can apply it to my everyday life.

In the month of July,we are celebrating the month of Nutrition.This month we will see the beautiful show of the student, like Nutri Jingle.In this celebration, students will show their own skill ang talent.



The theme of this month is "Wastong Nutrition Kailangan, Lifesyle Disease Iwasan".The message of this theme is that we need to be healthy in order to avoid/prevent diseases.Let's eat nutritious food for the sake of our body and health.

†Speak proper English or Filipino always with kindness†

English...our internatinal language. We must use this language in order to understand the Americans and other nations. So we can communicate with them properly and understandable. We must practice using this language to enhance our mind about this language. This language helps us find work/job fast.

Filipino..our national language here in the Philippines. We must also use this to show to our fellow Pilipino that we love and care for it.
